This course involves a careful examination of the American Hamburger as a food.  Emphases are on history, popular culture, preparation and regional varieties of Hamburgers. 

  1. ORGANIZATION

This is a dine-in, carry-out or drive-thru course in which Hamburgers are made fresh to order. 

This course is also available for online ordering.

  1. COURSE OBJECTIVES
  2. To introduce you to the history of the Hamburger.
  3. To entertain you with the Hamburger in popular culture
  4. To show you the different preparations of the Hamburger
  5. To introduce you to different regional varieties of Hamburgers
